ACHLS Award Winning Television Series

Professors at ACHLS participate in MSL's award-winning television series on subjects of great importance. Lawrence Velvel, Founding Dean, is the producer of the two television series associated with the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. Michael Coyne, ACHLS's Founding Associate Dean, is an associate producer, and Diane Sullivan, a professor at the Massachusetts School of Law, serves as an associate producer and as moderator. The shows, Massachusetts School of Law Educational Forum and Books of Our Time, have won over 350 awards and been recognized for their excellence in broadcast journalism, including the coveted Gracie Award for Excellence in Programming in 2001 and 2008 and 2010. The programs allow members of the public, including students at all levels of the educational process, to quickly become familiar with the most important ideas and facts relating to hundreds of different topics.
