ANNOUNCEMENT OF TUITION-FREE EDUCATION

TRUSTEES OF THE ACHLS DECIDE TO FOLLOW IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF FAMOUS SCHOOLS BY CHARGING NO TUITION DURING THEIR JUNIOR YEAR TO INCOMING JUNIORS WHO ENROLL IN THE FALL OF 2011.

There are a few highly regarded educational institutions that provide students with fine educations tuition free, or tuition free for one year or more. They include Cooper Union in New York City, and Berea in Kentucky. (Not to mention the military academies.)

American College of History and Legal Studies Free tuitionThe Trustees of the American College of History and Legal Studies -- -- a completion college offering the junior and senior years -- have decided to follow in the footsteps of these fine schools by eliminating all tuition during the junior year for students who enroll in the fall of 2011. These students will receive a rigorous education at no cost to them. Students who do not go to law school at MSL during their senior year, but instead remain at ACHLS for their senior year, will be eligible, as before, for half tuition scholarships of $5,000 if they have performed well academically in their junior year at ACHLS. Thus, the total tuition for a fine education during their junior and senior years can be $5,000 -- free in their junior year and only $5,000 for their senior year if they remain at ACHLS rather than go to law school.

ACHLS is located in Salem, New Hampshire. For information about ACHLS, to schedule a visit, to request a catalog, or to apply, visit www.achls.org, email info@achls.org or call 603.458.5145.
